Justin Ng

Justin (Zheting) Ng has extensive work experience in various industries. Justin (Zheting) is currently working as a Production Engineer and Project AI team lead at Albemarle Corporation. Prior to this, they were a Product Support Engineer at Viva Energy Australia, where they assisted clients in improving asset reliability and conducted equipment failure investigations. Justin also worked as a Research and Development Consultant at Deloitte, where they assisted clients with their R&D Tax Incentive claims and government grant applications.

Before their time at Deloitte, Justin held multiple roles at Total, including HSE Superintendent, Process Engineer, Asset Integrity Leader, Well Integrity Leader, and Field Engineer. Justin (Zheting) was responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing field operation contracts, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Justin's earlier experiences include working as an Advisory Intern at Ernst & Young, a Student Intern at Damit WorleyParsons Engineering and ESP (International) Ltd, and a Student Intern at Total E&P Borneo B.V. Justin (Zheting) Ng began their education journey with Year 10 at Christ Church Grammar School in 2004. Justin (Zheting) then attended Murdoch College in 2005-2006 for high school, where they studied English, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Geometry, Trigonometry, and A-Math. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Corporate, Investment and Quantitative Finance at The University of Western Australia from 2007 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Production Engineering Certification in Oil and Gas Production Engineering from IFP School. Ng furthered their studies at Curtin University, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Predictive Analytics in the field of Data Analytics from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics, with a focus on Resource Operations Engineering, at Curtin University from 2022 to 2023.
