Ramin Ordikhani

Ramin Ordikhani, PhD, is a Battery Test Engineer at Albemarle Corporation since June 2023, focusing on quality validation and performance enhancement of battery materials, achieving notable improvements in efficiency and lifecycle. Previously, as a Battery Recycling Engineer at Albemarle, Ramin led projects resulting in a patent and significant improvements in lithium leaching efficiency. Ramin's academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Iowa, where significant research contributions included the development of new electrolytes for Redox Flow Batteries and innovative processes for Rare Earth Metal Extraction. Ramin also served as a Process Chemist at SunHydrogen, Inc., and as a Research Scientist at the University of Tabriz, specializing in fuel cell technologies and catalyst development.
