Rayelle Garrick has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Rayelle started their career as a Risk Management Coordinator at BASF, where they worked on a VTAR project and created a project risk register. Rayelle then served as a Site Development Engineer, assisting manufacturing sites in improving infrastructure, maintenance reliability, EH&S initiatives, and process safety. Rayelle also worked as a Process/Project Engineer, providing support for process optimization and continuous improvements. Rayelle later joined VeRay Engineering & Design as a Senior Design Engineer. Currently, Rayelle is working at Albemarle Corporation as a Lead Civil Engineer.

Rayelle Garrick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In 2014, Rayelle also obtained a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma, followed by a Yellow Belt certification in Six Sigma in 2016.
