Sophia Xiao

Sophia Xiao has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Sr. Director of Integrated Supply Chain APAC at Albemarle Corporation since May 2019. Prior roles at Albemarle include Director of Energy Storage Regional Supply Chain APAC, APAC Supply Chain Service Delivery Manager for Lithium, and APAC Logistics Manager. Prior to Albemarle, Sophia held various positions at INVISTA, including Asia Logistics Center of Excellence Manager and AP Customs and Transportation Manager, and worked at Basell Asia Pacific Consulting as a Supply Chain Business Process Consultant. Sophia began a career in logistics with roles at CITIC Logistics and Elite Logistics. Academic qualifications include EMBA degrees from The University of Texas at Arlington and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, along with foundational education from Nanchang Hangkong University.
