Prior to this role, Ivan worked at UCAR Emulsion Systems from February 1997 to October 2005, where responsibilities included positions as a Technical Service Chemist and Chemist. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from North Carolina State University, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
