Marcia King has a strong background in the coatings industry, with over 20 years of experience. Marcia started their career at Lilly Industries as a UV Chemist from 1998 to 2002. After that, they joined Sherwin-Williams as a Technical Director, where they worked for 16 years. In 2018, Marcia joined Alberdingk Boley, Inc. as the Marketing Development and Sales Director for Radiation Cure. Marcia quickly advanced to the role of VP of UV, Specialties, and Distribution in October 2019.

Marcia King completed their Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry at North Dakota State University from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business at High Point University, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.
