Karin Plokker

Karin Plokker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, management, and research. Currently serving as an English Teacher for the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme at Alberdingk Thijm Scholen since August 2021, Karin has also held positions as a City Councillor with Gemeente Gooise Meren and as an English Teacher at Christelijk Lyceum Zeist. Previously, Karin was the Managing Director and founder of the Nicolaas Witsen Foundation, where significant efforts were made in government reform through various initiatives. Additionally, Karin has held roles in NGOs and educational institutions, including executive director and lecturer positions, complemented by an impressive academic background with degrees from multiple prestigious universities including Utrecht University, Erasmus University, and Leiden University.
