Alberga Consultancy is a design agency that creates user stories. We will reveal user insights and needs by performing qualitative research and translate them into useful service ideas and concepts. By doing so, we can grasp the true identity behind products and services and help companies to build stronger brands and experiences. We will let you discover the story behind the people that use your service or create one for you in order to expand your reach.

Alberga Consultancy delivers custom made research and concepts and uses a wide variety of tools such as Design Sprint and customer journey mapping. We are able to organize co-creation sessions with your team or your customers in order to transfer our expertise, combine it with your knowledge and make sure your company can continue the development that we started. Together with your team we will seize the essence of your service or product and make this into a beautiful story that is worth while telling.

Working together with partners such as Foryard, Delft University of Technology and Valsplat, we are able to deliver tailored made services and guarantee the highest quality possible.
