David Tomasula Pe, Ftca

David Tomasula, PE, FTCA has a diverse range of work experiences. David is currently the Director of Design Integration at Alberici Constructors since May 2023. Previously, they held various roles at LJB Inc., including Vice President, Managing Principal, and Principal. In these roles, they had financial responsibility for LJB's Buildings and Safety practices, oversaw the firm's Buildings Practice, and managed sales for the Facilities Division. David also has experience as a Visiting Professor at the University of Dayton and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they taught courses in Structural Analysis and Mechanics of Materials and Design Applications, respectively.

David Tomasula, PE, FTCA completed their education in a chronological manner. David first earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in the period from 1988 to 1992. Following this, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) with a focus on Structural Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
