Dr. Simon A. Rego

Dr. Simon A. Rego is an accomplished psychologist and leader within the field of psychiatry, currently serving as the Director of Technology, Analytics and Digital Transformation and the Director of the OCD and Anxiety Program at Montefiore-Einstein Psychiatry Associates. With a robust career at Montefiore Health System since 2003, Dr. Rego has held multiple key positions, including Chief of Psychology and Supervising Psychologist. In addition, Dr. Rego has served as a professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine since 2004, contributing significantly to education and research in psychiatry and behavioral sciences. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Cognitive Therapy Center of Long Island and the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy, as well as expertise in quality management at University Behavioral Associates. Dr. Rego's educational credentials include a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University, an MA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY), and a BScH in Psychology from Queen's University.
