Ryan Chang Rn

Ryan Chang RN, BSN, MSN, PMHNP-BC is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner currently providing services at SohoMD, PLLC and NYC Health + Hospitals since July 2022 and March 2021, respectively. Additionally, Ryan serves as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Kingsboro Addiction Treatment Center since September 2017, where responsibilities include conducting evaluations and medication management for clients under a collaboration agreement, as well as referring clients to in-patient units when necessary. Ryan began the nursing career as a registered nurse in the stepdown ICU/Telemetry unit at Montefiore Health System in January 2015 and has held various roles, including registered nurse at Northwell Health since 2013. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both obtained from Adelphi University.
