Munib Ali is an experienced researcher and medical professional, currently serving as a Board of Directors Resident Liaison at the Alberta College of Family Physicians since August 2023. Munib holds the position of Research Assistant at the Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute, focusing on preoperative anemia and its impact on blood transfusion outcomes in head and neck free flap reconstruction, while also working towards a prospective trial involving intravenous iron. Additionally, Munib contributes to the Neurovestibular Clinic at South Health Campus, investigating vestibular migraine risk factors, and leads Gaitonomics Laboratories, a venture dedicated to developing an AI-based tool for fall risk detection in seniors.
