Jackie Gow

Jackie Gow is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and strategic roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Strategic Integration at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) since January 2017, Jackie has also held positions as Legal Manager for ISO rules and Alberta Reliability Standards and Legal Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes work as an Associate and Articling Student at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, and a Legal Summer Student at Nexen. Jackie began a career in community engagement as a Community Outreach Representative at BC Hydro. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business, supplemented by training at the Canadian Petroleum Training Institute.
