Kevin Dawson, CFA is currently the Vice President, Strategic Integration, & Chief Economist at AESO since December 2010. Prior to AESO, Kevin worked at TransAlta from August 1998 to November 2010 in various roles such as Director of Hedging and Market Analysis, Commercial Manager in the U.S. Region, and Senior Market Analyst. Kevin holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from the University of Calgary graduated in 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the same university graduated in 1996.
