Tom Sloan

Tom Sloan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Law (Markets) at AESO since August 2014, with previous roles including Legal Manager of ISO Tariff and Market Rules and Regulatory Legal Counsel. Prior to AESO, Tom worked as Legal Counsel at the Alberta Securities Commission from April 2012 to August 2014 and as an Associate Lawyer at MLT Aikins LLP from July 2006 to July 2011. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dalhousie University (2002-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in English from Mount Allison University (1996-2001).
