Tammy Loiselle

Tammy Loiselle is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in emissions compliance and environmental management within the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) since January 2004. As the Director of Emissions, Compliance, Support & Safety, Tammy oversees high-performing teams responsible for emissions compliance verification, including methane and air emissions, and leads the development and implementation of Alberta's methane reduction initiatives. Prior roles include Director, Emissions & Compliance Verification, and Director, Air Emissions & Audit, contributing to various environmental programs and research efforts. Tammy's background also includes managing compliance teams, operational performance projects, and leading significant regulatory transitions. Tammy holds a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has furthered education at esteemed institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School.
