George El Mehallawy

George El Mehallawy is an accomplished director and project manager with over two decades of experience in capital projects and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Projects Delivery South and previously as Director of Public Private Partnership (P3) at the Government of Alberta, George has successfully directed over $700 million in P3 infrastructure programs, overseeing vendor performance and managing complex projects. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at MTa, Tender Manager at Taisei Corporation, and Project Manager at Stantec, where George demonstrated expertise in project development, business development, and architectural design across various sectors. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Alexandria University and completion of the Management Development Program at the University of Alberta.
