Wayne Thomas

Wayne Thomas, M.Ed., PMP®, is a systems and design-thinking practitioner dedicated to enhancing programs, policies, and services through systemic and service design methodologies. They served as a Principal and Teacher at Higher Ground Christian School from 2015 to 2017, where they increased student enrollment and advocated for rural students' needs. Their experience includes various roles in educational institutions and government, such as Manager of Engagement Coordination & Research and Strategic Engagement Specialist at Alberta Education, focusing on human-centered processes and stakeholder engagement. Wayne holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alberta and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
