Cecilia Mzvondiwa

Cecilia Mzvondiwa is the CEO and Managing Partner at GlobalPeopleFirst, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion since September 2020. Concurrently, Cecilia serves as Team Lead for Talent Management Strategies and Manager at Alberta Health Services, where responsibilities include leading provincial learning and development assessments, supervising teams, and supporting international staff. Recently, Cecilia also took on the role of Hate Crimes Community Liaison with the Government of Alberta. Previous experience includes various leadership positions in hospitality and education, as well as independent coaching and training with The John Maxwell Company. Cecilia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Social Sciences from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa, and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Bow Valley College.
