Dana D. currently serves as the Senior Director of Benefits Services at Alberta Municipalities, where responsibilities include managing a multi-employer employee benefits program for over 200 municipalities and 14,000 employees. Prior experience spans nearly two decades at the City of Edmonton, including roles as HR/HCM Leader, Director of Employee Service Centre, and Director of Disability Management Services, where Dana led significant HR transformations and managed various employee benefit programs. Previous positions at NAIT involved instructing Canadian Payroll Association courses, and earlier experience at Manulife focused on supporting clients with payroll and benefits administration. Dana D. holds a Certificate in Municipal Management and Leadership from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta.
