Stephanie Sterling

Stephanie Sterling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and corporate governance. Currently serving as President of Sterling Strategic Business Development Inc. since 2016, Stephanie is also a board member for multiple organizations, including Cardinal Energy Ltd. as Lead Director and the Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission. Stephanie has a strong background in non-technical risk management from a lengthy career at Shell, where notable achievements include receiving Gold PAR certification for Aboriginal Relations and leading significant improvements in business operations. Additionally, Stephanie holds an ICD.D designation from the Haskayne School of Business, an MBA from the University of Alberta, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
