Kirsty is passionate about people and building a better tomorrow. With a career spanning over two decades in M&A, law, HR, governance and corporate strategy, Kirsty has a wealth of experience helping companies navigate the challenges that come with growth. Her career includes businesses from small fast-paced startups through to large multi-nationals across a number of industries, including life sciences, transport and logistics, professional services, education and property development.
Kirsty has created and led legal and HR functions for companies domestically and internationally, and has deep experience establishing systems which help organisations move to the next phase of growth while still retaining a focus on people. This includes not only helping guide companies to and through successful exits, but also through the post-acquisition integration process. Kirsty has worked for both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises, and has a long track record of investment in for-purpose social enterprises.
Kirsty joined Alberts in 2018 and is responsible for legal and governance and people and culture. With the launch of Alberts Impact Capital, she’s very excited about supporting the fantastic entrepreneurial work being created in Australia.
