Kristen Wells, CEDS, has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Senior eDiscovery Analyst at Albertsons Companies since November 2008, where expertise in managing diverse litigation cases and contributing to corporate-wide eDiscovery policies has been demonstrated. Previous positions include Senior Paralegal and Office Manager at Smith Ellison, APC, Support Staff Manager and Paralegal at Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP, and Senior Paralegal roles at multiple esteemed firms, including Troutman Sanders LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University and a Paralegal Certificate in Civil Litigation from the University of San Diego.
