Shane Kramer

Shane Kramer is an experienced regional manager in the retail industry, currently leading People Operations and District Operations at Albertsons Companies since April 2018. Kramer's prior role as Vice President and Regional Division Leader at Save-A-Lot involved strategic oversight of a five-state region encompassing 75 stores, along with management of various operational aspects including sales and human resources. Earlier experience at Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. included positions as Vice President of Operations, Director of Sales Manager Support, and Business Development Manager, where Kramer was instrumental in managing over 55 stores and launching the company's first brand products. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
