Albies Foods

Hi there, we're Albie's. Our team bakes small-batch, flavor-packed food that kids love. Our product portfolio primarily services those in the foodservice and K-12 Channels. In 1987 we opened our doors as a carry-out pasty shop in Metropolitan Detroit. Since then we’ve expanded to a new, nut-free facility in Gaylord, Michigan, added wholesale options for foodservice and retail distributors, and grown our product lines to include the EZ Jammer and Tasty Stuffs calzones and sticks that fill kids’ bellies all around the nation. Flavor leads the way in all that we do, so you can count on our baked goods to be full of filling and full of taste. And they’re made in small quantities by a tight-knit team who cares about keeping kids’ bellies full—a lot of love goes into these goodies! Plus, our products are nut-free and most are individually packaged, making them safe and convenient for schools. Our facility: Albie’s 30,000 sq. ft. facility provides a completely nut-free environment. Our team is 55 members strong, each helping form a community of people who love using efficient methods (including robots!) to make delicious, high-quality food for kids. We are SQF Level 2 certified, HACCP certified through the USDA, and FSMA certified with PCQI-trained individuals.
