M. Nathan Barbera has had a diverse legal career, including working as a Partner at Albin Oldner Law since February 2021. Prior to joining Albin Oldner Law, they served as Of Counsel at Vaughan & Ramsey, PLLC from October 2014 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as Litigation Partner at Lenahan Law from 2013 to 2014. M. Nathan also founded their own law firm, The Law Offices of M. Nathan Barbera, where they served as Managing Attorney from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they served as Managing Attorney at Barbera, Snead & Herrera from 2009 to 2011, and as Partner at Vaughan, Ramsey, Barbera & Walvoord, L.L.P. from 2007 to 2009.

M. Nathan Barbera earned a BPA in Legal Systems Administration from the University of Mississippi in 1994. From 1995 to 1998, they attended St. Mary's University School of Law and completed a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
