Albion College
Lance Coleman has built an extensive career at Albion College since August 1995, serving as the Director of Cross Country/Track & Field for both women and men, and as the Head Coach for the same sports. In addition to coaching, Lance has held several important administrative roles, including Senior Associate Director of Admission and Associate Director of Admissions. Prior to Albion College, Lance gained experience in sales service at Steelcase and Adistra. Lance earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Albion College between 1987 and 1991.
