Adjunct Faculty Ph D Program In Human Services at Albizu University

Francisco Sastre, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Director of Monitoring & Evaluation and previously held the role of National Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Bethany Christian Services since December 2021. Concurrently, Francisco Sastre has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Ph.D. Program in Human Services at Albizu University and served as Project Coordinator for the OUD/SUD Graduate Psychology Training Program since 2018. Previously, Francisco Sastre has worked as an Independent Consultant in public health research, Director of Quality, Compliance, and Contracts at the Healthy Start Coalition of Miami-Dade, and held various positions in the Ryan White Program, including Director of Quality Management & Improvement. Academic experience includes roles at the FIU Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work, Latin American Health Institute, and extensive educational qualifications from Florida International University, University of Florida, and Stetson University.
