Brian Arcaro

Brian Arcaro is Human Resources Manager at ASG, where he draws upon extensive experience in talent management and workforce planning to develop and oversee human resources activities. His expertise includes talent acquisition and development; performance management and succession planning; employee engagement and relations; HR policy development and implementation; and total rewards strategy.

Prior to joining ASG, Mr. Arcaro was Director of Human Resources at NFP Corporation, where he led HR for the Mid-Atlantic division. He developed creative talent management solutions, oversaw people strategies to support the assimilation of multiple acquisitions, and directed performance management activities for more than 500 employees at 19 sites across six states. Previously, Mr. Arcaro was Senior Manager of Human Resources at Leonardo S.p.A, helping lead HR for the U.S. helicopter industrial operations of a global aerospace, defense, and security company.

Mr. Arcaro received his MBA from Villanova University and his B.S. from York College of Pennsylvania.

He is based in Washington, D.C.
