Macda Gossa currently works as an Education and Workforce Development Practice Consultant at Albright Stonebridge Group, leading peer benchmarking analysis on higher education institutions in the U.S. Previously, Macda served as a Plastic Pollution and Chemical Safety Intern at The White House, where responsibilities included drafting a zero waste proposal and reviewing decarbonization innovations. Macda has also gained experience as a Graduate Consultant at both The Johns Hopkins University and TomorrowNow.org, focusing on sustainable partnerships for climate resilience. Prior roles include a Research Analyst Intern at Mathematica, a Senior Research Associate at Hanover Research, and various internships that provided insights into nutrition finance and market research. Macda holds an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a certification in Data Analytics and Visualization from The George Washington University.
