Matthew Manning

Matthew Manning is a Vice President at ASG, where he advises clients on market entry, global expansion, and U.S. commercial strategy. Mr. Manning also works in close collaboration with ASG’s Health practice, which helps public and private organizations develop, deliver, and transform health care.

Previously, Mr. Manning served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar, advising her on political and legislative strategy. He also served as Special Assistant, Intern Coordinator, and Correspondence Director to Senator Klobuchar, where he designed and implemented a new staffing model and conducted in-depth analysis on constituent issues.

Additionally, Mr. Manning worked as a Summer Associate on Medtronic’s corporate strategy team, where he developed emerging market healthcare infrastructure and built a tailored service offering for a private equity partner.

Mr. Manning received an MBA from Yale School of Management, where he chaired the Business and Politics Club, and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.

He is based in Washington, D.C.
