Othmane Kotari

Othmane Kotari is a Senior Advisor at ASG where he advises clients on investment and growth strategy in Morocco and across North Africa. Mr. Kotari brings over a decade of investment experience in the region.

Mr. Kotari previously served as Managing Director for the investment department at the Moroccan Investment Development Agency. During his time with the agency, he worked to attract foreign direct investment across a range of sectors and advised the Moroccan government on investment policy and strategy.

Prior to his time in government, Mr. Kotari was a Director for Capital Gestion Group, working primarily in corporate and investment banking. He also served as Vice President at Deutsche Bank, originating and executing mergers and acquisitions advisory mandates across Africa. Mr. Kotari currently serves as Managing Director of Metis Investment Partners, a strategic advisory firm.

Mr. Kotari holds an M.I.B from Paris Dauphine University and an M.Sc. from the Institut d’Études Politique. He is fluent in French, Arabic, and English.

He is based in Casablanca, Morocco.
