Yahya Majali

Senior Advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group

Yahya Majali is a Senior Advisor in ASG’s Middle East and North Africa practice. He offers clients an unparalleled understanding of Jordanian politics and deep knowledge of the region’s public and private sector networks.

An engineer by training, Dr. Majali has decades of experience in energy and engineering. He most recently worked with a global engineering and architecture consulting firm, to advise municipal and energy companies across the Middle East. Previously, he served as Director of the Office of the Crown Prince at the Royal Hashemite Court, overseeing all office operations and coordinating with senior officials across the Jordanian government. Dr. Majali also served as Assistant Chief of Royal Protocol at the Royal Hashemite Court, organizing King Abdullah’s initiatives, events, and programs.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Majali was President of Project Consultants and Managers Firm, a construction management firm, and an engineering manager at a U.S.-based construction company operating in Jordan. In that role, he oversaw the design and construction of a $170 million project, in partnership with USAID, to construct Jordan’s main wastewater treatment plant. He has also served as a USAID consultant in Jordan, and as a project manager for a U.S.-based environmental consulting firm.

Dr. Majali received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, his M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his B.A. from the University of Jordan.

He is based in Amman, Jordan.
