Brian Eagan

Brian Eagan is an experienced attorney specializing in landlord-tenant law and administrative law, currently serving as an attorney for the Albuquerque Housing Authority since July 2014. In this role, Brian represents the Public Housing Program in Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court, focusing on bench trials related to public housing eviction cases and appeals in the 2nd Judicial District Court. Prior to this position, Brian worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the Albuquerque Housing Authority from May 2006 to June 2014, and gained valuable experience through internships with the City of Albuquerque's Legal Department in 2004 and 2006. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of New Mexico, earned in 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution, completed in 2003.
