Mark Garcia

Mark Garcia is a retired Police Lieutenant with over three decades of experience in law enforcement, having served with the City of Albuquerque since October 1987. In addition to this role, Mark Garcia has also been a Head Track & Field Coach for Albuquerque Public Schools since February 2001. Mark Garcia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Wayland Baptist University.
