Dale Smith has extensive work experience in the learning and development field. They currently serve as the Learning and Organisational Development Lead at Albury Wodonga Health, where they are responsible for coordinating and delivering various learning and development activities. They also manage the Learning Management System and provide advice on complex L&OD and workforce resourcing matters. Additionally, they oversee the professional development and training budgets at AWH.

Prior to their current role, Dale worked for the Australian Army for many years. Dale Smith obtained a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training degree from Charles Sturt University from 2007 to 2012, with a focus on Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching.
