Shane Hancock

Shane Hancock has a strong background in operations management and facilities maintenance. Shane started their career as an Electrical Technician at Mars Petcare US, where they were responsible for ensuring factory assets' safe availability. Shane also worked on implementing new technologies and improving operational efficiency. Shane then transitioned to the role of Area Manager at Mars Petcare US, overseeing a larger area of operations. In 2017, they joined Linfox Thailand as an Operations Manager, specifically managing operations for Linfox Tesco. In 2020, Shane took on the role of Operations Manager at Taghleef Industries, where they played a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations. Currently, Shane is working as the Director of Infrastructure, Facilities, and Maintenance at Albury Wodonga Health.

Shane Hancock completed a Grad Cert in Labor and Industrial Relations at Charles Sturt University in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at TAFE NSW.
