Shane Hancock has a strong background in operations management and facilities maintenance. Shane started their career as an Electrical Technician at Mars Petcare US, where they were responsible for ensuring factory assets' safe availability. Shane also worked on implementing new technologies and improving operational efficiency. Shane then transitioned to the role of Area Manager at Mars Petcare US, overseeing a larger area of operations.
