The Municipality of Santiago de Cali, as a territorial entity, generates the necessary conditions for the timely provision of public and social services, through the planning of economic, social, environmental and territorial development and, of the effective administration of resources, promoting citizen participation in public management, the exercise of constitutional rights and duties and the peaceful coexistence of its inhabitants, in order to improve their quality of life.
