Josh Kelsey

Josh Kelsey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Lead Petty Officer of Cryptology in the US Navy. After leaving the navy, they worked as a Project Manager at Cast Technologies Inc. from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company as a Credit Analyst. During the same year, they also started working at Ameren, where they held various roles including Business Performance Specialist and Ameren Illinois Operations Specialist. In 2015, they joined Caterpillar Inc., where they served as a Strategic Resource Coordinator and later as an Accounting Supervisor in the Legal Entity - Cat Inc. division. Josh then became an Accounting Manager in the Wear Components division, responsible for managing the wear components consolidations team. In 2018, they joined Alcast Company LLC as the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Currently, they hold the position of President at the company.

Josh Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2008.
