Michael S.

Michael S. has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since October 2014. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of CTO for the Enterprise Group at Alcatel-Lucent from April 1999 to September 2014. Michael's career began at Xylan as a System Architect from 1996 to 1999 and included a significant tenure at IBM from 1981 to 1996 in System Design. Michael earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1979-1981) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Xavier University (1975-1979).
