Richard E.

Richard E. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where roles have included Solution Architect Technical Enablement CBD and Senior Solution Architect EMEA. Since joining in August 2007, Richard E. has contributed to projects like Rainbow Hub and RingCentral MVP, and served in various capacities including global services support and pre-sales voice and data solutions for Northern Europe. Prior to this, Richard E. worked at Alcatel from 2004 to 2007 as a Senior Solution Consultant in Brest, France, and has also provided technical support in pre and post-sales roles at The Telephone Company and Alcatel E Business Solutions.
