Haydn Chilcott

Haydn Chilcott is the senior vice president of operations. He is responsible for simplifying and improving productivity of store operations, as well as the continuous improvement of our associate and customer experience across our U.S. stores.

Haydn joined The Home Depot in 1988 as an hourly sales associate. He has held roles of increasing responsibility including store manager, district manager, regional vice president for the South Atlantic region, and vice president of store operations.

Previously, he was president of the Western division of The Home Depot where he was responsible for leading sales and operations throughout 13 Western states.

Prior to joining the company, Haydn was in operations with both Savon Drugs and Safeway.

Haydn has a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University.
