Seungmok Kim

Seungmok (Peter) Kim is an accomplished professional in technical sales and service with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Technical Sales & Service leader for North East Asia at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since July 2018, Seungmok has a rich background with the same company, having held the position of TSS Korea Leader 상무 from 2004 to 2018. Prior roles include Senior Technical Support Manager at Avaya and 3Com, as well as Technical Support Manager at Cabletron Systems. Seungmok began a career at POSCO ICT as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Educated in computer science and engineering, qualifications include a Doctorate from Dankook University and a Master’s degree from Pohang University of Science and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanyang University.
