Joana Zlateva

Joana Zlateva has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as Office Manager at Giovanni 99 Sofia in 2005. In 2009, they took on a Trainee role at the "topcars.bg" website with MSKey Group. In 2012, they moved to Globus Media Group/Travel TV/Travel HD/Community TV as a Sales Expert. In 2013, they worked with European integration fund/Globus Media Group as a PR Specialist and also with Sixty K Ltd (60K), ebay as an eBay back office support. In 2014, they worked with Huawei Technologies as a Technical Project Management Assistant /Telenor network renovation project/. In 2016, they moved to Interoute as a Project Mang. Engineer, Hosting Service Delivery. In 2018, they began working with Endava as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. Joana is currently employed as a Software Project Manager with Alcatraz, a position they have held since 2022.

Joana Zlateva's education history includes a Bachelor in Public Relations from the New Bulgarian University from 2005 to 2011, and a Professional Technology School from 2000 to 2005 from the Technical School Electronic Systems. Joana also holds additional certifications, such as a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2021, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2017, a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and a Cambridge English: First FCE.
