Kirstie Poole possesses extensive experience in the health and social care sector, currently serving as Mobilisation Manager at Alcedo Care since July 2022, with prior roles including Area Manager and Service Development Manager. Earlier positions include Registered Care Manager at both Falcon-Care and Kare Plus, as well as Care Coordinator at CRG Homecare.
