Hoang Anh Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law (Corporate and Business Law) from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2013-2016. Hoang Anh then pursued a Master of Arts in Public Economics, Law and Politics (PELP) from the same university from 2016-2019. In 2018-2019, they also participated in an Erasmus Semester at the University of Wroclaw, studying Political Science and European Law.
