Evan Shalat

Evan Shalat is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in civil rights law and client services. Currently serving as an Executive Coordinator at Alchemation since October 2021, Evan previously worked as a Legal Associate at Consumer Attorneys PLLC and Cohen & Mizrahi LLP, where significant contributions included enhancing intake processes and managing client communications. A graduate of Cardozo School of Law with a JD and a concentration in Intellectual Property, Evan has also gained diverse experience through internships with various legal and organizational entities, including the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and SESAC. Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, legal research, and drafting correspondence.
