Alchemia SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the steel industry. The Company's range of products consists of custom seamless hot-rolled steel tubes, cold-formed seamless steel pipes, spirally welded steel pipes, boiler tubes and special purpose pipes, among others. The Company also owns its laboratory and provides research and testing of metals, technical services, including installation, repair and maintenance of electric engines, generators, transformers and switching and control equipment. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned seven subsidiaries, including Huta Batory Sp. z o.o., Huta Bankowa Sp. z o.o., Kuznia Batory Sp. z o.o., Laboratoria Badan Batory Sp. z o.o., Rurexpol Sp. z o.o., Walcownia Rur Andrzej Sp. z o.o., and Batory Serwis Sp. z o.o. In February 2013, the Company's subsidiary, Batory Serwis Sp. z o.o. was liquidated.
