Andrea J Miller, ACC, SHRM-SCP has a long history of experience in the business world. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of LeadWell Company. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Principal at The Digital Patient, where they advised for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on strategy, business development, and employee engagement. Additionally, they were the Siemens Healthineers - Principal Consultant, Head of Patient Experience and Trend Scout, where they created content related to key issues in healthcare impacting the patient experience and wrote global thought leadership pieces highlighting best practices to guide C-Suite and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
