Annika Lauer

Annika Lauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as Director of Operations at Alchemist Accelerator. Lauer has held various roles including Program Director and Program Manager at the same company, and previously worked as a consultant for several organizations including 10EQS, bdg Consulting GmbH, and Prof. Voeth & Prof. Herbst Managementberatung GbR. Additionally, Lauer has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Potsdam. In terms of education, Lauer is pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of Potsdam and completed the Basic & Advanced Track in Design Thinking at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut School of Design Thinking from 2010 to 2011.
